Innovation can be a somewhat fuzzy concept, but one that is completely essential if companies are to grow sustainably over the long term.

The challenge in a workshop is to quickly move from the basics to deliver valuable takaways for delegates.

Delegates from invited business represented a wide range of companies from across the North West.

I designed and delivered the content which covered selected core concepts of managing innovation. It’s a highly interactive format with a combination to relevant exersizes for the delegates to work on with multi-media contant including videos. From understanding and creating solid foundations for individuals and how businesses organize to identifying options for growth, identify disruption and make innovation a habit.

The workshop format is a lively way of introducing business leaders to new ideas through case study presented by speakers and exercises that get them to think differently.

More 1 day workshops will run in in 2016.
